  • Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ability to plan and priorities work to exceed expectation
  • Front Desk telephone answering
  • Handling cashiering tasks
  • In charge of guest relations matters
  • Perform night audit works

Requirement:

  • SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in tourism and hotel management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience/ fresh graduate
  • Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
