- Ability to perform guest check in and check out
- Handle room reservations
- Ability to fulfill guest request
- Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Ability to plan and priorities work to exceed expectation
- Front Desk telephone answering
- Handling cashiering tasks
- In charge of guest relations matters
- Perform night audit works
Requirement:
- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in tourism and hotel management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience/ fresh graduate
- Competent in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
