The BeMore Coordinator will play a key role in managing and enhancing the activities of the BeMore Centre at MAHSA University. This position involves overseeing student engagement, program coordination, and administrative tasks to support the Centre’s mission of fostering holistic student development. Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Student Engagement:
- Develop, implement, and manage BeMore Centre programs, workshops, and events.
- Collaborate with faculty, student organizations, and external partners to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Promote student participation and engagement through effective communication and outreach strategies.
- Monitor and assess program effectiveness, collecting feedback to improve offerings.
Administrative & Operational Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BeMore Centre, ensuring a welcoming and resourceful environment for students.
- Maintain accurate records, schedules, and databases related to programs and student participation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management for Centre activities.
Partnership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with university departments, academic staff, and external organizations to expand learning opportunities.
- Coordinate guest lectures, industry visits, and collaborative projects that align with the Centre’s objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for students, providing guidance and support in their personal and professional development.
Marketing & Communications:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance awareness and visibility of the BeMore Centre.
- Manage social media channels, newsletters, and other communication platforms to keep students informed.
- Create promotional materials, event invitations, and engagement campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in student engagement, program coordination, or event management in an academic setting.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and other digital tools for project management and communication.
