Job summary:

The job is to provide administrative support to the workshop operation, including preparing monthly reports, purchase requisition order forms, segregating machines repair jobs, updating repair job orders, etc.

Job description:

1. Report Generation:

  • Generate and prepare monthly reports on Machine Fleet location and utilization to monitor operational performance.

2. Purchase Requisition Management:

  • Prepare Purchase Requisition Order forms for outsourced services, including parts procurement, fabrication work, and repairs.

3. Repair Job Classification and Segregation:

  • Classify and segregate all repair jobs into internal and external repair categories.
  • Identify whether repair jobs are caused by negligence or poor operating techniques.
  • Keep track of whether repair jobs require the procurement of parts for repairs.
  • Consolidate these repair job details for the monthly summary.

4. Record Maintenance:

  • Update repair job records onto the respective machine history cards and ensure proper filing of all documentation.

5. Housekeeping and Filing:

  • Perform housekeeping duties to keep the library and filing room well-maintained and organized.

6. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.

Job requirements:

  • Candidates should possess Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Strong personality with the ability to work under a stressful environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Applicants must be able to work in Batu Arang, Selangor
  • Applicants must be able to work on alternate Saturday (half day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
