We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee and lead our security operations, ensuring the safety of all personnel and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise a team of security officers, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain a high level of alertness.

· Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to ensure safety protocols are being followed.

· Monitor and control the operation of security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control).

· Handle emergency situations quickly and efficiently, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.

· Prepare and review daily activity reports, incident reports, and security logs.

· Train and develop security staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for their duties.

· Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, providing accurate documentation and follow-up.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding safety and security.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective security practices.

· Manage and schedule security personnel shifts to ensure adequate coverage.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience (1+ years) in security or law enforcement.

· Strong knowledge of security operations, systems, and protocols.

· Good leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to pass background checks.

· Proficiency with security equipment, surveillance systems, and reporting software.

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or law enforcement training/certification preferred.

Requirements:

· Age: 18 to 55 years old

· Medically and physically fit to work.

· Good interpersonal & communication skills.

· Good observation & problem-solving skills.

· Willing & able to work on a flexible roster (7 days/week)
