  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible of monitors and evaluates results of existing plans to ensure growth and profitability and makes adjustments as necessary .

Including but not limited to the following:

  • Develop, maintain and improve existing MRP system. Constantly propose or suggest actions to minimize any flaws in existing planning workflow.
  • Interacting with shop floor management on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from Operation, Customer Service, Supply Chain & QAQC team.
  • Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
  • Creates production schedule and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
  • Co-ordinate material readiness with Supply Chain team.
  • Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
  • Prepare data analysis and make decision to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
  • Maintain documented information, i.e. production schedule, reports, etc. as necessary.
  • Additional task relevant to planning of Flexmodus Sdn Bhd as and when instructed by Planning Manager.

KEY REQUIREMETNS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Teknologi Kajang.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
