  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Ensure operational efficiency and productivity through effective management of staff, inventory, and space.
  • Perform regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory procurement management.
  • Guarantee smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, overall customer experience and patient care.
  • Resolve patient complaints professionally and diplomatically, providing excellent customer service when needed.
  • Supporting physicians, clinic assistants, and other department staff to ensure a collaborative and effective environment.
  • Handle responsibilities such as hiring, scheduling, overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, billing system, implementing policy updates, ordering stock and equipment.
  • Provide training for branch and assistant branch admin staff, along with clinical team members, to ensure systems are properly implemented.
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings, such as management and branch meetings.
  • Coordinate closely with departments HOD ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the success of every branch.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
  • A minimum of a tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Must possess own transportation.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
  • Strong passion for the retail and healthcare industries.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel to various outlets within the Klang Valley, as needed.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email functions.
