As a Site Reliability Intern, you will play a key role in helping ensure the stability and performance of our systems and applications. You will work alongside our team to identify and resolve any incidents or issues affecting the application services that our business users rely on. You’ll assist in providing technical support, proactively managing application-related issues, and maintaining the performance of our software products. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and maintain the reliability and scalability of our systems and infrastructure. - Assist in building and deploying infrastructure using cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. - Support the development and implementation of automation tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response. - Help identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues to improve reliability and efficiency. - Contribute to post-incident analysis and documentation, helping to identify root causes and preventing future issues. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in site reliability engineering and share insights with the team. - Support ongoing projects aimed at enhancing system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization. - Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, providing support with related IT processes. Required Skills: - Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn, with the ability to tackle challenges head-on. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and improve systems. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (preferred but not required).
