Contribute to the efficient operation of Department functions in Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental related implementations. Ensure effective implementation and sustainable management system conforming to ISO9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Information Security Management System (ISMS) by planning, coordinating, implementing, evaluating and continually improve the management system To conduct regular internal audits on the compliance of all ISO systems and policies to ensure QSHE policies are effectively followed and maintained at branch/department level. All improvements programs, audit finding (internal & external) captures are being followed-up, closed and monitored to ensure that implementations are executed accordingly on time. Develop and maintain an effective institutional relationship with relevant organizations, government agencies, industries and others Ensure proper compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations on Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Contribute to resolving environmental issues arising from the operations Liaising with customers, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and other relevant parties on matters pertaining to QSHE. To establish the required quality assurance and quality control criteria for all processes from selection of vendors to delivery to customer and customer service. Performing quality assessment services such as attending meetings with clients, preparing QA report, coordinating QA training/ workshop, etc. To drive and ensure the personnel performing work affecting product quality is competent in terms of knowledge and skills. To review and drive improvements continuously in the training deployment at site which included but not limited to training materials, training methods, training monitoring and trainer competency. To review and drive improvements continuously in the record management Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process.
