Job details: To communicate and follow up with customers regarding all properties matter. To prepare and handle all sales related paperwork and documentation such as:- Signing of sales and purchase agreement, Assist purchasers in application of financing, Issuant of progress billing and miscellaneous billings. Monitoring collection of billings Handing over of properties After sales services such as arranging the defects work to be carried out Monitor and follow up the above mentioned matters with the relevant parties (sales/banks/lawyers/purchasers/government departments or bodies, if necessary) to ensure they are carried out promptly and completed properly and make sure that the collection for billings, miscellaneous billings & etc. are collected on time. Always keeps the documentation up-to-date. To participate in sales events, road shows and exhibitions when required. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Job Requirements: 1-2 Years on experience as a Sales Admin role Diploma qualification Experience as an admin in property company will be an advantage Good knowledge in MS office Commitment to deadlines and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
