Process Engineer

1. According to the company's welding needs, and the situation, set the company's welding management standards, codes and systems, and supervise the implementation. 2. Design and review special equipment for manufacturing welding process testing and welding process evaluation plan, guide and participate in the welding process evaluation, and review the welding process instruction manual and the welding process evaluation report. 3. Responsible for the welding process drawings review, ensure the full coverage of the welding process evaluation, review the compiled welding process documents, and supervise the implementation of the welding process requirements. 4. Responsible for reviewing the welding process to ensure the correctness and rationality of the welding process. Supervise the implementation of the welding process, guide the welding technical problems encountered in the field; supervise the management of the part welding samples. 5. Responsible for the management of welders, including welder training, welding qualifications, welder performance records, etc. 6. Responsible for the review of the welding rework process, take measures on frequent reworked parts and review the rework process. 7. Responsible for the approval of the substitution of welding materials and countersign for other substitution materials. Responsible for supervising and guiding the storage, drying and distribution of welding materials. 8. Responsible for the department's quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and ISO 9000 management system effectively operates, and ensure the continuous improvement of each sub-process involved in the department. 9. Strictly implement the system documents, and improve the system flow, work flow and process flow during the operation.
