About the role - This is a full-time Assistant Farm Executive position based in Bentong, Pahang. Reporting to the Farm Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring smooth and efficient production. As part of the farming team, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the business. What you'll be doing : - Assisting the Farm Supervise in overseeing all farm operations, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and general maintenance - Maintaining farm equipment, infrastructure, and facilities to optimise productivity and safety - Collaborating with the team to implement best practices in sustainable farming techniques - Keeping detailed records of farm activities, production data, and resource usage - Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise on the farm - Providing support and guidance to farm workers to ensure high standards of work - Assisting with the planning and execution of farm improvement projects What we're looking for : - Diploma in Agriculture. Spm & other qualifications are encouraged to apply. - Must willing to work in farm.
