  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper reconciliation and hand over of all monies collected to the supervisors.
  • Ensure car park fee collection are carry out as per Cash Handling procedure with integrity.
  • Reports any fraud, shorts or extra collection to Supervisors on duty.
  • Operate Car Park equipment and monitoring system and ensure that they are regularly maintained and in good working condition at all times.
  • Take appropriate measures in resolving customer complaints expediently in accordance with set service guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with the car park.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities, illegal parking or obstruction to Supervisor on duty.
  • Monitor traffic flow and ensure orderly entry and exit of vehicles to maintain a smooth operation within the car park premises.

Job Requirement:

1. Qualifications: SPM or equivalent

2. Experience: Past working experience as cashier shall be an added advantage

3. Able to work shift hours.

4. Skills / Competencies:

a. Physically and mentally fit;

b. Technical knowledge will be an added advantage;

c. Possess Interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
