  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsible to make sure all building and facility M&E equipments are in good working condition. 2. Ensure LV room and electrical apparatus is safe in operation. ACВ, МССВ, МCB, BUS COUPLER, CAPACITOR BANK, are all in good working condition, keep track of periodical servicing and calibration schedule. 3. Check promptly all out going circuits at LV room. 4. Maintain CO2, fire alarm system in LV room, Gen set room, and ensure in working order. 5. Liaise with the visiting engineer on monthly inspections of Electrical apparatus in the premise. 6. Implementation of useful measures for future convenience of the organization. 7. Prohibit unauthorized personnel from entering in LV room. 8. Ensure renewal of registration with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. 9. Check any new installations according to IEE regulation, Cable size, breaker size, starter panel, etc. 10. Confirm Gen set in good running condition:- lubricating oil, distilled water, radiator water, meter panels, relays, etc check periodically. 11. Carry out off load test once a week and on load test once a month for AUTO kick start. 12. Make sure preventive/ corrective maintenance on all building and M&E equipments being planned and carried out properly and on schedule. 13. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance on all building equipments. 14. Check and rectify any breakdowns. Page 1 of 2 15. Assign job request to subordinate. 16. Ensure building earthing and lightning arrestors condition meet requirements. 17. Coordinate hotspot thermal inspection for overall building especially main electrical area. 18. Involve in hospital environment safety and fire drill activities. 19. Supervise Facility Technician. 20. Supervise and coordinate outside vendors and contractors servicing and repairing job. 21. Carry out other duties as assigned or requested. Education and Requirements 1.Minimum A4 Chargeman competency certificate. 2.Sufficient previous experience in Construction and Maintenance. 3.Supervisory experience required.
