• Daily data collect and key in • Document control, submission and filling • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures • Any other task as required by immediate superior time to time • Prepare Financial Monthly Reports • Manage daily accounting functions, including data entry, invoicing, payments, receipts and other transactions in the accounting system. • Assist in account reconciliation and review daily transactions for accuracy. • Perform data entry tasks and support other accounting functions as needed. • Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies. • To assist auditor by providing document and explanation • Maintain and file related documents systematically. • Support the accounting team with various task and ad-hoc assignments. • Perform any other daily accounting duties as assigned by Management.
