Job Description: o Assist the Head of PMO in project planning, execution, and monitoring. o Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with industry standards. o Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables while identifying potential risks. o Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. o Support in preparing reports, presentations, and project dashboards. o Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes. o Ensure timely resolution of project issues and escalations. o Work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet project deadlines. Required Qualifications & Experience: o Minimum Degree in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. o 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered). o Familiar with project management environment. o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Skills & Competencies: o Fast learner with strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment o Willingness to work extra hours when required. o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent organizational and documentation skills. o Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. o Ability to multitask and work under pressure Preferred (Optional but Advantageous): o Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
