MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Prepare and issue all related documents in relation to Sub-Contractors registration i.e registration form, certificate of registration, update the registration listing, correspondence letters to sub-contractors and other related documents. 2. Record and filing all contract and correspondence documents in accordance with a suitable filename and its filing content within accessible storage area. 3. Assist in preparing related document for tendering process including proposed list of tenderers, notice of tender, tender opening process, comparison of unit rates and tender evaluation reports or other related documents. 4. Assist in preparing interim and final payment to sub-contractors for all works done by sub-contractors and suppliers including the Statement of Final Account. 5. Assist in preparing contracts documents such as letter of award, works order, notice to commence work and any other documents deem necessary. 6. Prepare any other works as directed by Superior. 7. Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Drafting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations. 8. Assisting with project management, coordinating tasks, and following up on the progress of various assignments. Qualification and Experience 1. Diploma in Quantity Surveying or any related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in Construction and / or road maintenance. Skills and Knowledge 1. Good knowledge in contract matter 2. Negotiating skills 3. Good communicator 4. Manage to handle multitask assignments 5. Willing to work extra hours to complete task assigned 6. Effective listener
