QA/QC Manager

1. Responsible to ensure that the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (EHS-MS) are fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner throughout SCIB Group of Companies under the requirement of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 2. Control the ISO and OHSAS certification renewal process 3. Develop QA/QC standards and procedures for SCIB Group of Companies to assure production/construction quality 4. Coordinate the planning and execution of internal audits throughout the organization and project sites 5. Create a plan, manage QA/QC team and will be responsible in implementing and executing the plan 6. Coordinate/conduct quality, environmental and occupational health and safety programme or activities for awareness and improvement 7. Manage and monitor project quality, EHS and documentation of the process to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulation, ISO requirements and specific/contract specifications 8. Coordinate in quality and EHS data collection and application of statistical techniques and analysis for continual improvement 9. Review existing process and product quality compliances procedures including performing verification and validation on the process 10. Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with statutory requirement 11. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production personnel to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner 12. Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with statutory requirement 13. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
