Trust and Safety Sr Analyst - Indonesian

You should have an interest in protecting and improving user experience of online application and services. You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of the abuse and policy issues and be comfortable reviewing a large volume of apps to help us keep our store policy compliant. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage a multinational team analyzing web data for a prestigious international company • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow, team structure and user experience, and suggest solutions • Manage ad-hoc operational projects and process improvement initiatives as per client requirements • Interface effectively with other teams, delivery lead and client teams • Manage the performance of the team and act as the team’s career counselor • Forecast team output and support scheduling of agents Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in team leadership of content moderation and a proven track record of success in previous work • Excellent comprehension of communication and written English and Indonesian language skills including their dialects especially dialect in Javanese • Candidates are required to pass both Indonesian and English assessment test • Good knowledge of other foreign language(s) will be an asset • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g Pivot, Macros and VLOOKUP • Willing to work rotational shifts including work during public holidays, weekends and night shift
