Sales Executive

Job Description 1.Plan personal sales activity to achieves sales and marketing target 2. Plan and follow up on customer’s enquiry. 3. Follow up on customer’s enquiry and prepare quotation for customers. 4. Create lead account. 5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals. 6. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales to improve performance and productivity. 7. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base. 8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 9. Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize results. 10. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. 11. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 12. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Knowledge/Skills 1. Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to effectively interact with all levels 2. Initiative, dynamic, aggressive and result-oriented 3. Possess strong analytical skills, able to work independently as well as in a team 4. Possess own transport. 5. Great verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Multi Lingual is an added advantage) 6. Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. 7. Ability to learn quickly and think quickly. 8. Self-reliant and able to work independently. 9. Able to handle complaints. 10. Able to handle in the best interest of both customer and company 11. Pleasant, friendly and responsible 12. Willing to build a long-term relationship with customer 13. Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office as well as typing skills 14. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualification: 1. Degree in marketing/science or any relevant degree.
