Key Responsibilities: Design, review, and implement ACMV systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers, air distribution, and ventilation systems for data centres. Perform load calculations and cooling capacity assessments to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with M&E teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and integration of cooling systems. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring continuous operation and adherence to ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, and local building codes. Evaluate and implement energy-efficient solutions such as free cooling, liquid cooling, and advanced airflow management. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and risk assessments for ACMV systems. Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with all relevant industry standards and client requirements. Support maintenance teams and facility operations post-handover to ensure long-term reliability of cooling infrastructure. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in ACMV / HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of CRAC/CRAH systems, chilled water plants, DX cooling, containment strategies, and airflow management. Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, CFD modeling for airflow simulations). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strict deadlines.
