1. Handle all communications related to complaints and issues raised by customers. 2. Review, enhance and formulate operational SOPs for effectiveness and efficiency. 3. Identify and implement training programs for HOO and HOP performance development. 4. Assist Head Of Operation to develop New Talent development program. 5. Advise HR and Finance departments on in-house insurance requirements. 6. Contribute in the ISO certification audit process and prepare for new ISO Standards. 7. Organize and co-ordinate with respective departments in the Business Planning and review sessions. 8. To ensure reports and records are updated to Management on a timely basis. 9. To co-ordinate on operation matters with Human Resources, Operations Compliance and Logistic departments. 10. To co-ordinate with other departments such Business Development, Finance, Procurement, Corporate Communication etc. 11. Attend internal and external meetings under the control and supervision of the Deputy Managing Director. 12. Perform business development and training duties related to Sinar Global Academy. 13. Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required. 14. Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company’s Rules & Regulations. 15.
