BIM Modeller (Mechanical & Electrical)

Job Description: 1. To ensure client’s BIM Guidelines and requirements are properly and adequately addressed. 2. Conduct clash detection and coordinate M&E systems with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to minimize issues during construction. 3. To coordinate with the tender team to divot RFI. 4. Develop and maintain BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes, and drawing formats. 5. To coordinate with the project team to ensure the design, construction and as-built drawings are reflected with the actual site conditions. 6. Working with BIM Coordinator, consultants and clients to create detailed models based on their needs, including identifying project goals, objectives, and constraints. 7. Developing construction drawings and other design documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software and BIM software. 8. Communicating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are on the same track. 9. Coordinating with the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date. 10. Creating 3D/4D models of buildings using computer aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD / Revit / Civil 3D. 11. Developing drawings to show how construction will take place based on the design provided by architects or engineers. 12. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
