What You’ll Do ~ Recruit & Match Talent – Find the right people for key roles like general workers, warehouse assistants, and production operators. ~ Engage Through Social Media – Create engaging content, go live on TikTok, and use creative strategies to attract job seekers. ~ Screen & Interview Candidates – Identify the best talent and ensure they are a good fit for available roles. ~ Develop Creative Hiring Strategies – Use innovative approaches to reach job seekers beyond traditional job boards. ~ Build Strong Relationships – Guide job seekers through the hiring process and support them in finding meaningful work. ~ Work Closely with Clients – Understand their workforce needs and provide the best talent to help their businesses grow. ~ Track & Onboard Candidates – Ensure a smooth hiring experience and assist candidates in starting their new roles. Who You Are : ~ Extroverted & Confident – You love talking to people, networking, and putting yourself out there. ~ Social Media Savvy – Comfortable with TikTok Live, creating engaging content, and using social platforms for outreach. ~ Excellent Communicator – Strong in both written and verbal communication with candidates and clients. ~ Creative & Resourceful – Able to think outside the box and find new ways to attract talent. ~ Organized & Proactive – Can multitask and manage multiple hiring projects at once. ~ Own Transport Required – Willing to travel around Klang Valley when needed. ~ SPM or Higher Qualification – No experience?
