Financial Reporting Generate accurate and timely financial reports Maintain the organization’s bookkeeping and accounting processes Prepare financial statements, quarterly reports and management reports Create supporting schedules and regulatory reports Accounts Receivable and Payable Management Take full ownership and responsibility for managing accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP) Ensure accurate recording, tracking and reconciliation of AR and AP transactions Ensure payment and collection processes align with established company processes Monthly Reconciliation Prepare and coordinate monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts and bank statements Investigate and resolve any outstanding reconciling items promptly Month-End Processes Perform month-end processes, including handling depreciation calculations and maintaining the fixed assets roll forward file Aging Report Maintenance Maintain up-to-date aging report for effective monitoring of outstanding balances Audit and Tax Collaboration Liaise with auditors and tax agents to promptly address and resolve any issues Provide necessary support during audit and tax processes Prepare documentation for internal and external audits Account Support Participate in all activities related to accounts and finance department Prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits Assist in bank errands Ensure daily operations adhere to established policies and regulations Implement and uphold best practices for efficient documentation and record-keeping Implement and execute organization management system procedures Support and contribute to paperless environment.
