  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage cleaning operations across multiple sites within the region. Recruit, train, and oversee staff to ensure high service standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to service agreements. Prepare operational and performance reports for management review. Hostel and staff management Support business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities for growth. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operational management tools. Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
