Responsibilities Team Leadership and Performance Management -Lead, mentor, and develop the CRO team to achieve individual and team sales targets. -Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance skills and productivity. -Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture that encourages collaboration and accountability. Sales Strategy and Execution -Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. -Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Client Relationship Management -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. -Oversee the team’s client interactions to ensure high-quality service and alignment with client needs. Training and Development -Organize training programs to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques. -Ensure team members stay updated on industry trends and company offerings. Compliance Oversight -Ensure that all client interactions adhere to approved communication guidelines and regulatory standards. -Collaborate with US compliance to obtain prior approval for expanding the scope of assigned functions. Reporting and Analytics -Track team performance using sales metrics, analyzing data to identify strengths and areas for improvement. -Prepare and present sales reports for senior management with actionable insights and recommendations. Operational Efficiency -Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. -Address and resolve any issues impacting team productivity or client satisfaction. Licensing Requirements -Must successfully complete the SIE, Series 7, Series 9/10, and Series 63 certifications.
