TECHNICIAN (PERAK)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for service, repair, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance of pump dispenser, ATG system, TYRE Inflator, critical safety devices, piping systems, and outdoor payment terminals (OPT). 2. Assist the Calibration team, as needed, with annual and pre-calibration of pump dispensers and JKKP inspection 3. Assist the Commissioning team, as needed, with the commissioning of the pump dispenser and card reader, and all other related products as deemed necessary. 4. Responsible for the completion of all Work Orders (WO) as assigned within the client’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) 5. Ensure compliance with Flowco and the client’s HSE processes and procedures 6. Maintain inventory controls for spare parts assigned to always ensure sufficient spare parts inventory and for cost-effective operations. 7. Complete and submit service reports of completed WOs to Flowco HQ as determined on time. 8. Complete and submit claims reimbursement to Flowco HQ as determined on time. 9. Be on 24-hour standby in the event of emergency maintenance service. 10. Responsible for alerting superior of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. 11. Maintain a professional courteous manner with all clients, contractors, and fellow employees. 12. Assure safety standards are used which comply with all Flowco, clients, and authorities’ guidelines. 13. Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook. 14. Assist in other duties as directed by Supervisor as and when required. 15. To maintain all the documentation as per ISO requirements. 16. To notify the Senior Technical Specialist on any incident related to safety within 24 hours. 17. Responsible on the quality of all new installation are according to the standard specified by the customers. 18. Responsible to submit all required documents (SMR, Part Return Form etc) once installation completed. 19. Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior time to time 20. Assist in other duties as directed by Supervisor as and when required. 21. Ensure compliance with Flowco’s and client’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes and procedures, and adherence to safety standards in line with Flowco, client, and authority guidelines. 22. Actively support and participate in the company’s ESG initiatives
