Job Description: Providing support to the Accounting Department. Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals. Preparing financial reports. Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Performing bank reconciliations Analyzing financial records to identify errors and discrepancies. Requirements Min Diploma or Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field is preferred. Preferred with proven experience working as an account assistant, accounts clerk, or similar role Fresh Graduate with positive attitude welcomed Working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and accounting software. Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills. Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with basic accounting principles. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
