MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. responsible for assisting in the preparation of hostel for new workers. 2. plan and prepare a monthly accommodation inspection schedule 3. carry out hostel inspections in accordance with the schedule 4. prepare hostel inspection reports as well as oversee the improvement process 5. ensure that the hostel monthly report is submitted to the finance department on time. 6. ensure that utility bill payments do not exceed the allocated amount and are made on time. 7. dealing with the host / real estate agent on hostel issues such as agreements, payments, rent, contract termination, complaints, and so on. 8. ensure that all hostels receive accommodation certification from the Department of Labour in accordance with Act 446. TRANSPORTATION 1. Ensure that transportation vendor registration and documentation for all companies is up to date. 2. prepare an offer letter / agreement for transportation services. 3. review and verify transport records and invoices for payment purposes 4. carry out an inspection to ensure the transportation service complies with the terms and conditions stated in the letter of offer. OTHERS 1. Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required. 2. Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company’s Rules & Regulations. 3. The existing Roles & Responsibilities are subject to changes from time to time as and when necessary.
