Receptionist Job Scope We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner. Phone & Email Handling: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and manage emails efficiently. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
