  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a PRECISION CARBIDE GRINDING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. • To operate surface and cylindrical grinding machines to produce accurate finishing surfaces with required tolerance. • Read blueprints & determine dimensions, machine set-up and operate CNC grinding equipment, such as cylindrical & Blanchard grinders, to grind carbide components to blueprint specifications. • Perform surface grinding operation in carbide material, self-checking on part dimension after grinding. • Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge old mathematics and instruments such as micro-meter and vernier calliper. • Set up, adjust and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations. • Turns handwheels to position table or spindle to obtain specified taper and bevel on edges of cutting tools & moves controls to set cutting tool rotation speed, feed rate and grinding wheel rotation speed • Develop action plans as required to investigate, prioritize, and diagnose failure related quality concerns and summarize and develop reports for findings and investigative work. • Responsibilities include verification of client’s drawings and issuing drawings in job cards to production centre for machining, inspection of machining before and after hardening at the end the final inspection is done. • Report breakdown, perform root cause analysis and resolve equipment faults and concerns to management. • Perform timely recording & accurately maintain the data & information with respective to production. • Ensuring weekly schedule for maintenance activities between production and maintenance and monitor safety practices and procedures. Requirement & Skills: • Minimum 5 years and above experience in precision grinding machine. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
