JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist ESG Manager in Strategic Oversight: To assist the ESG Manager where and when necessary, on issues related to ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 while overseeing and determining the team's daily compliance and tasks. Identify and manage risks and opportunities related to ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485. To coordinate ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 strategies with respective personnel within and outside the organization. To attend to customer and 3rd party audits and address required actions from the audits. 2. Policy Implementation and Management: To enforce policies by conducting internal assessments that enhance transparency and accountability. Assist the ESG Manager in identifying key risks and opportunities relevant to our operations that promote sustainability and ethical practices Assist ESG Manager in integrating ISO standards into the ESG management framework. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist ESG Manager to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sustainability metrics. Assist ESG Manager in defining a clear ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 performance metrics and KPIs for the company. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Assist ESG Manager in engaging and communicating ESG strategies and progress with various stakeholders including regulatory bodies, community groups, and employees. Involve in the company’s CSR programs or activities. Assist ESG Manager in coordinating ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 related training for staff and employees. 5. Continuous Improvement: Assist ESG Manager in recommending and implementing continuous improvements against ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485 requirements. Assist ESG Manager by overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality management systems under ISO requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Sustainability Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics). At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in ESG / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485, audit or sustainability consulting. Understanding of the global sustainability landscape, including different stakeholders and their interests, reporting and transparency trends, and evolving legislation. Familiarized with ISO Audits and having attended training on Environment & Quality Management, ESG & Compliance. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to lead and inspire teams towards company goals. Strong analytical skills to assess risks and opportunities in our operation. Good communication skills to effectively convey strategies and progress. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
