JOB TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES: - Ensure daily operations run smoothly. - Manage and address daily issues in Management & Operations. - Ensure staff adhere to work ethics and company policies. - Ensure that staff do not violate the company's SOPs. - Ensure staff report every incident or accident. - Manage advertising for company vacancies and conduct interviews. - Ensure daily arrangements of operation staff fulfill daily operations. - Monitor disciplinary issues and conduct counseling sessions. - Monitor probationary staff and ensure the confirmation process. - Ensure and monitor sales analysis. - Manage petty cash and record all cash transactions accurately. - Prepare appraisal forms for all staff (Performance Reports). - Regularly check staff company phones. - Monitor staff leave applications through Infotech. - Prepare memos and letters to clients, agencies, and staff. - Ensure lesson plans are prepared on time. - Check and monitor emails for all staff. - Ensure all documents are saved in the Company Drive. - Plan and monitor monthly sales targets. - Ensure and monitor the cleanliness of the center/office. - Monitor the total daily count of students for each program. - Review staff work schedules. - Undertake any other Ad-hoc tasks. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years of relevant working experience. - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. - Knowledge of Infotech / Zoho is an added advantage. - Possess own transport and able to commute as required. - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Good communication skills and highly organized. - Good knowledge of Employment Act.
