Job Description :
1) Proofread and edit loan agreements, mortgage refinance applications, disclosures, and financial documents for accuracy and consistency.
2) Ensure correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting in all documentation.
3) Standardize terminology and structure across documents for professional presentation.
4) Cross-check references, citations, and legal clauses to ensure compliance with applicable policies.
5) Format documents according to company policies and financial institution guidelines.
6) Maintain version control and document tracking to ensure all revisions are properly recorded.
7) Utilize Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management platforms to process and edit documents efficiently.
8) Stay updated on industry trends, compliance changes, and technology advancements in mortgage documentation

Academic qualification :
1) Diploma in relevant field,
2) Written communication skills, Familiarity with Adobe illustrator to Pdf / canva
3) Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
4) Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
