Job Summary: The Accounts Assistant is responsible for supporting the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, including e-invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, final accounting, bank reconciliations, financial record-keeping, cash flow/budget, banking and bank facilities. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Scope: 1. Generate and process e-invoices accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Maintain proper documentation of e-invoicing records for audit purposes. 3. Liaise with clients and vendors regarding e-invoicing issues or queries. 4. Ensure all e-invoicing transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations. 5. Assist in preparing monthly invoicing reports and summaries. 6. Perform general accounting duties as required to support the finance team. 7. Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by management. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with e-invoicing exposure. 3. Familiarity with e-invoicing systems and accounting software. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 7. Must be willing to work at Pulau Indah, Port Klang, Selangor.
