As a property sales executive, your main role is an intermediary between organization and its clients. Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have these criteria(s):
- To provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow and etc.
- Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the property industry.
- Updates on weekly/monthly sales report & perform related work as assigned.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

- A high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.
- Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of setting high performance sales result.
- Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.
- Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week.
- Candidate have to be willing to work in Tropicana Sales Galley (i.e. Telok Panglima Garang).
- Prior experience and knowledge in selling properties is an added advantage.
- Opportunity to be converted into permanent staff, subject to performance.
