Responsibilities: Achieve MSS Flow and Analytical System booking targets in Malaysia. Drive MSS KOB1/2 system project pursuits across Malaysia. Handle customer inquiries, generate new leads, provide tailored solutions, prepare proposals/quotations, and close sales. Develop and execute sales strategies and growth plans, utilizing regional and global resources to support MSS AP sales and COE teams. Track and manage reports on sales plans, forecasts, and performance analysis. Collaborate with MSOL, Emerson Automation Solution Business Units, and the Asia Pacific Team to achieve sales budgets and targeted accounts. Report directly to the MSS Senior Business Development Manager. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation, flow measurement, metering applications, project, and service sales. Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field. Hands-on approach to applications. Self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in various environments. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.
