Job Description:
- Assist the Head of PMO in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables while identifying potential risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and project dashboards.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of project issues and escalations.
- Work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Degree in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered).
- Familiar with project management environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Willingness to work extra hours when required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred (Optional but Advantageous):
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
