Job Description:

  • Assist the Head of PMO in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables while identifying potential risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and project dashboards.
  • Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely resolution of project issues and escalations.
  • Work beyond regular hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Degree in IT, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management (fresh graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Familiar with project management environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness to work extra hours when required.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred (Optional but Advantageous):

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
