Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via various communication channels, including WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, phone calls, and messages. Supporting the dissemination of information about company promotions and sales, such as year-end or festive sales, system maintenance, and other important information. Assisting customers and prospects with placing orders. Providing product information and explanations to customers and prospects upon request. Helping to educate customers about product knowledge and services provided by the company. Collecting feedback/testimonials from customers about services and products used and consumed. Assisting with the preparation and administration of customer satisfaction surveys related to products and events. Building and maintaining strong relationships with regular customers. Assisting with daily sales reports by entering data into the customized company system. Requirements: Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
