Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Handle general correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff.

HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documents are up to date.
  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee performance records.

Event Coordination

  • Assist in organizing company activities and event

Account Entry

  • Manage the day-to-day accounting operation activities such as data entry accounting system , AP and AR

Required skills

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in , Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Accounting or equivalent.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Committed, responsible and positive attitude
  • Able to start work immediately/ short notice period
  • Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
