Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, including healthcare systems, insurance providers, and other healthcare partners.

· Understand the unique needs and expectations of corporate clients and work to meet or exceed them.

· Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and address their concerns promptly.

2. Client Service Team Leadership:

· Lead a team of client service representatives dedicated to corporate clients, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

· Foster a culture of client-focused professionalism and teamwork within the department.

· Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for the team.

3. Client On-boarding and Retention:

· Oversee the on boarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with the hospital's services.

· Establish an on boarding process for partners by creating a credit facility application form

· Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client attrition and maximize satisfaction.

· Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues.

4. Service Quality Assurance:

· Establish and maintain service quality standards specific to corporate clients and ensure they are consistently met.

· Monitor client service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Implement service improvement initiatives as necessary.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other hospital departments, including administration, clinical services, and finance, to ensure the successful delivery of services to corporate clients.

· Maintain open and transparent communication with the COO and other leadership team members.

· Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal hospital teams to resolve issues and address client needs.

6. Client Feedback and Reporting:

· Gather and analyze client feedback and suggestions to continuously enhance service offerings.

· Prepare and present regular reports to the COO and other stakeholders on client service performance and opportunities for improvement.

7. Strategic Planning:

· Contribute to the development and execution of the hospital's strategic plan for corporate client services.

· Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services to meet the evolving needs of corporate clients and the healthcare industry.
