We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-oriented Senior / Junior Baristas cum Kitchen Crew to join our vibrant team at our Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) Kiosk. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for serving our wide variety of churros and beverages, while also ensuring an excellent customer experience and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Key Responsibilities: Barista & Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, milkshakes, and other beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Consistently deliver a memorable and high-quality drink experience for our customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machine and all related equipment. Churros Preparation: Cook and serve churros, ensuring they are crispy, fresh, and delicious with a variety of toppings. Assist in the preparation of milkshakes with different flavors and toppings. Ensure that all products meet the quality standards of the kiosk. Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders efficiently. Handle cash and process payments, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transaction process. Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the kiosk and kitchen area clean and sanitized throughout the day. Ensure that all equipment, including coffee machines and cooking tools, are properly maintained and cleaned. Dispose of waste according to health and safety guidelines. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels for ingredients and supplies (coffee, ice cream, toppings, etc.) and inform the manager when restocking is needed. Ensure that all ingredients are stored properly and adhere to food safety guidelines. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team, supporting one another in day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Assist in training junior baristas and kitchen crew members if needed. Qualifications: Senior Barista/Kitchen Crew: Proven experience as a barista or kitchen crew or both, preferably in a busy kiosk or cafe setting. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and drink crafting. Knowledge of handling and preparing food. Strong leadership skills and ability to train and guide junior staff. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to handle busy periods and multi-task efficiently. Junior Barista/Kitchen Crew: Little or no prior bar/kitchen experience required but a passion for cafe and willingness to learn. Must have a positive and friendly attitude, eager to provide top-notch customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic food handling knowledge and a keen interest in food and beverage preparation. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. Good time management skills and ability to stay organized.
