Job Scope:
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
Maintains quality service by responding to customer on a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending solutions to the clients.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure solution - Sales Support: Assist the sales team in documentation, marketing, and client management activities.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company’s business development and sales strategy, helping to plan and coordinate research efforts.
- Documentation: Maintain and improve software documentation and guides to ensure they are up-to-date and useful.
- Customer Solutions: Address client complaints and issues promptly, providing tailored solutions and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and market activities to suggest product improvements or new offerings.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors - Posses excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management and ability to multitask
- Ad-hoc Requests: Flexibly support additional tasks as needed.
