Job Title: RPA Specialist – UI Path Key Responsibilities Project Management: • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of improvement/automation of RPA projects, from requirements gathering to development, deployment and maintenance • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact projects deliveries • Manage project team (Developers/Engineers and Business Analysts) and stakeholders and provide guidance/coaching with clear objectives and performance expectations for the team. Technical Expertise: • Possess strong experience of RPA and automation-related tools and platforms namely UiPath, consideration will be given for candidates having knowledge on Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism. • Work closely with the team to design and develop RPA/automation solutions that meet business requirements. • Review and optimize existing RPA/automation processes for efficiency and scalability. • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in RPA and automation-related technology. Collaboration: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities. • Work closely with other IT teams to integrate automation/RPA solutions with existing systems and processes. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Quality Assurance: • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards • Implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability and accuracy of implemented solutions Documentation and Training: • Document automation/RPA processes, workflows, and configurations • Provide training and support to business users on using automation/RPA solutions effectively • Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation/RPA projects Qualifications • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 6 years of experience in leading and managing technical teams • Strong understanding of process improvement and RPA concepts and technologies • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) is a plus • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high-pressured System Integrator environment – exceptional self-starter will be considered • Experience in the Banking and Telecommunications sector would be an added advantage Interested candidates, please email your resume to [email protected]
