Product Planning and Development Management- Oversee the full lifecycle management of the company’s products (networking security and privacy protection), including requirement collection, product definition, development planning, technical support, and knowledge base construction.
- Organize product evaluation and project initiation, and develop product roadmaps, including requirement definition, product positioning, development schedules, cost analysis, and technical feasibility studies.
- Coordinate the product development process, managing tasks such as software development, structural design, mold design, quality validation, and related certifications to ensure timely achievement of R&D goals.
Project Management and Execution- Take full responsibility for project planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring, including technical support ticket management, issue resolution, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Drive comprehensive project risk management, develop adjustment plans and contingency strategies to ensure project stability and controllable operational risks.
- Liaise with clients to address project requirements, ensure smooth execution, and resolve system issues or unexpected incidents during implementation.
Product Promotion and Operations Management- Lead product marketing efforts, facilitate customer communication, and align product solutions with customer and market needs.
- Organize specialized support tasks, establish efficient customer communication mechanisms, and ensure timely resolution and feedback loops for client issues.
- Continuously optimize operational mechanisms to enhance team efficiency, improve issue resolution capabilities, and reduce operational risks.
Team Management and Resource Coordination- Build and manage small-to-medium-sized project teams, optimize collaboration processes, and enhance team productivity and output.
- Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation, coordinating with suppliers, internal technical support, and other stakeholders to align product and project goals.
Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with majors in electronics, communication engineering, computer science, information security, or related fields preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in product or project management; experience in network product development or information security product management is a plus.
- Experience in managing large-scale IT system projects or projects in the telecom industry is preferred.
Professional Skills:- Familiarity with the full lifecycle of product development and project management, including requirement definition, development planning, progress control, risk management, and cost control.
- Experience in hardware product development and familiarity with hardware/software development processes, certifications, testing, and trial production workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools (for example: JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and product management methodologies (for example Agile, Stage-Gate model).
- Strong familiarity with Chinese tech communities (for example: GitHub) and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven experience in market promotion with the ability to develop comprehensive and effective marketing strategies.
