Job Responsibility

  • Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
  • Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors
  • Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols
  • Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
  • Handle site accidents according to established protocols
  • Maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance
  • Analyze blueprints to ensure construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
  • Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to improve efficiency
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Certified chargeman will be an added advantage
  • Experience in the Solar Energy Industry is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Independent, proactive, responsible, and committed personality
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently
  • Vacancy available at Petaling Jaya (HQ), Johor, and Penang branches
