Job Responsibility

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
  • Ensure the onboarding process is align with ISO standard.
  • Payroll & Compensation Management
  • Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws related to payroll and benefits.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Handle employee grievances and provide HR support for workplace conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating HR policies when necessary.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate employee training programs and career development initiatives.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and feedback collection.
  • HR Administration & Documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
  • Check and proceed staff claim on time.
  • Office Administration Support
  • Assist in general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies and employee attendance records.
  • Assist in Company Corporate Event like Team Building, In-House Training, Annual Dinner and Festive Events.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Malaysian Labour Law, and government regulations is an added advantage.
  • Experience with INFOTECH HRM System is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Open to working as an HR Services Provider across various industries.
  • Language proficiency required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
