- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
- Ensure the onboarding process is align with ISO standard.
- Payroll & Compensation Management
- Process monthly payroll, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws related to payroll and benefits.
- Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support for workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating HR policies when necessary.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programs and career development initiatives.
- Assist in performance appraisals and feedback collection.
- HR Administration & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
- Check and proceed staff claim on time.
- Office Administration Support
- Assist in general office administration tasks, including managing office supplies and employee attendance records.
- Assist in Company Corporate Event like Team Building, In-House Training, Annual Dinner and Festive Events.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Malaysian Labour Law, and government regulations is an added advantage.
- Experience with INFOTECH HRM System is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Open to working as an HR Services Provider across various industries.
- Language proficiency required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
