Position: Senior Human Resource Executive / Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager to handle various HR tasks, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee all HR functions and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

-Handle HR correspondence for employee movements like promotions, transfers, and demotions.

-Manage the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.

-Manage offboarding procedures, including finalizing paperwork and retrieving company property.

-Work with departments like IT and Finance to ensure proper access termination and final payments for employees leaving.

-Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

-Maintain employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.

-Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and concerns.

-Assist in implementing HR policies and managing HR activities.

-Provide support on HR-related matters such as benefits, leave, and performance management.

-Produce HR activity reports.

-Work with teams on employee engagement programs and initiatives.

-Help organize training and development programs for employees.

-Assist with performance appraisals and maintaining review records.

-Conduct employee surveys to identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

-Diploma or degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.

-At least 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and HR management.

-Strong attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

-Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

-Ability to start immediately is a plus.

-Fluent in English and Mandarin.

-Malaysian citizens preferred.

-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

-Experience with HRMS (e.g., Payroll2U) is a plus.
