Job Responsibility
- Responsible for preparing purchase order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function.
- Performing minor accounting; checking Purchase invoices, Purchase Return; and others purchases issues.
- Sourcing, selecting and negotiating with suppliers to constantly strive for best pricing and maintaining the highest level of quality and service.
- To carry out the status of the purchasing activities and coordinate with the inter department and suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers on long term cost reduction programs, pricing and payment terms which are advantageous to the Company.
- Drive supplier management programs and continuously support the improvement of inventory control.
- Regular review of suppliersâ performance to drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery and services.
- Responsible and handle import shipments for related suppliers as well as coordinate special logistics arrangement during the import process, serving as liaison for the forwarding agent and custom office.
- Performing minor accounting; checking Purchase invoices, Purchase Return; and others purchases issues.
- Achieve at least Degree certificate in supply chain or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Mandarin (read & write) is a must to communicate with suppliers from China.
- Good negotiation and excellent communication skills with knowledge of suppliers sourcing.
- Able to work under stress and deadline
- Strong PC skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Location: Hyperack Sdn Bhd (Klang)
- Working Hour: Monday â Friday (9am â 5.30pm)
