The opportunity

You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with our financial services clients covering the following function:

Customer Service

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues and queries promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client’s products and services to offer appropriate solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues that require further investigation.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and banking industry knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with EY's privacy policies.

To qualify for the role, you must

  • Be willing to work flexible shifts
  • Be open to undertake assignments at client’s premises and contractual employment
  • Be proficient in English
  • The role would be supporting Taiwan market hence local language proficiency would be an added advantage.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
